Anirban Basu is Chairman & CEO of Sage Policy Group, Inc., an economic and
policy consulting firm in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Basu is one of the Mid-
Atlantic region’s most recognizable economists, in part because of
his consulting work on behalf of numerous clients, including prominent developers,
bankers, brokerage houses, energy suppliers and law firms.
He has also worked extensively with government agencies and non-profit
organizations, and has written several high-profile economic development
strategies, including co-authoring Baltimore City’s economic growth strategy.

She is a Professional member of the American Counseling Association, the National Career Development Association, and the American Society for Training and Development. Ellen completed her Masters Degree in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland in College Park. Mary Nagle is recently retired as assistant director for Frederick County Workforce Services where she oversaw fiscal and business services as part of the workforce partnership with Frederick Community College. With over 20 years of experience in workforce development and working with businesses, Mary brings unique insight to her training style, and has facilitated sessions in interpersonal communications skills, supervision, and training/instruction. Mary is a Certified Dependable Strengths Master Trainer, as well as a certified reviewer for the Malcolm Baldrige approach to total quality management and continuous improvement.

Anne Scholl-Fiedler is a professional career counselor, workforce development specialist and marketing professional with over 14 years of diverse experience. She is a Certified Master Trainer of Dependable Strengths, is the Director of the East Coast Regional Center for Dependable Strengths, and was trained by the late Dr. Bernard Haldane, the leading pioneer of the career development movement. With a background in Maryland’s One-stop Career Center system, she is currently the Director of the Career Services Center at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
